About Cheryl

Cheryl CrabillWhen I was in my twenties, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis.  I felt scared, out of control, and helpless.  I now, however, see this time of my life as a real blessing.  The diagnosis awakened within me a passion for self improvement and personal growth that has changed my life forever.  I became responsible for my life.  Choosing to be responsible for my health, instead of giving my power away to a doctor, has, I feel, kept me far healthier than I would have been otherwise.  I believe that we all have more power and potential than we realize and I believe it is my purpose to help people discover who they are and the potential that lies within them, and then to walk with them as they allow their best life to be fully expressed.

After a 13-year career in the IT field and many years of a nagging feeling that there was more for me to do in life, I decided it was time for me to step out on my own and align with my calling of serving others as a coach.  I am a Core Essentials Graduate of the premier coach training program, Coach University (CoachU) and I am working towards certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am a wife to a wonderful husband and mother to two terrific young adult sons.  We live in a college town in Indiana where we enjoy college athletics and all the diversity that a college town offers.  My interests include personal development, intuition, energy work, and writing.
